Merryan was able to find a great realtor out of state for me when I was looking to sell my house. She was also able to walk me through the selling process and give me tips as well and refer me to someone in my area who was great to work with! The realtor was very professional, knowledgeable, and my home sold in under a week after it was put on the market for more than the asking price!

Merryan was a pleasure to work with. She took care of every thing I needed in order to sell my home, from making the brochures for the open house, to taking care of my dogs while showing the home while I was at work, to making the phone calls needed when it was time to close on the house to make sure nothing was missing and that the procedure went off without a hitch.
